Auto vision control

Innovative optical 3D scanner for automatic detection and analysis of car damage.

About the scanner

Evaluation of hail damage during one minute?

We proudly present the technological innovation of 3DCARSCAN. This automatic car body scanning system enables to evaluate and classify the hail damages on car body rapidly.

Speed

„Drive through“ technique allows continual scanning in < 30 seconds time interval.

Accurate

Advanced recognition algorithm calculates the accurate damage from the scanned data.

Reliable

The scan result not only provides the total damage calculation but also shows the damages marked in the image for later references.

Mobility

Transportable system easy to handle by one person. Transp. on a trailer to the hail affected area is simple.

Advantages of the system

Innovative 3DCARSCAN is a mobile, automated, high-capacity inspecting system. Damaged vehicles pass through a light tunnel equipped with optical cameras; more over a specialized algorithm software generates a 3D digital data report with precise damage detection and analysis. The result is an accurate report indicating the amount, size, and location of the dents on individual motor vehicle parts.

Scan quality and speed
98%
Compatibility and use across systems
96%

All secured in the cloud

The scanned motor vehicle data is safely stored in a compressed form on a cloud platform used by insurance companies. This data is constantly available for damage extent evaluation and comparison.

Use of the system

Our product provides the greatest benefit to all insurance companies whenever necessary to determine the extent of damage to vehicles after hailstorm. Moreover, this 3DCARSCAN can provide necessary checkups to determine the overall condition of vehicles after long-term loans or before handovers to new customers. The use of 3DCARSCAN in automotive production process provides advantages in detecting any minor variations in the bodywork during the final car inspection before its expedition.

Technology

3DCARSCAN accurately detects the location and exact number of defects on a motor vehicle within 2 minutes and therefore precisely evaluates the extent of damage. The initial 3DCARSCAN report generates a digital 3D image of the damage as well as amount, size and location of the damage on individual parts of the motor vehicle. Damaged vehicles pass through a light tunnel which is equipped with optical cameras; further on a specialized algorithm software generates 3D digital motor vehicle.

We save your time

Customer who wishes to know the extent of the damage or simply wishes to check the surface of the motor vehicle will be able to visit any station equipped with a 3DCARSCAN and after 2 minutes will receive printed report as well as cloud link to electronic form of the report. All data can also be transferred online via cloud to insurance companies.

About the scanner

Establishing the extent of claims is often a lengthy process for insurers.

The output for insurance companies and cursory estimates, especially in the case of hail damage inspection of motor vehicles, are usually inaccurate.

The 3DCARSCAN tool enables a quick and objective diagnosis within 5 minutes and prevents potential misuse due to inaccurate damage estimates. We have also developed our own software for this tool, which offers online interfacing with corporate information systems.

Damage report

A complete damage report that includes the client's information and all the details of the body damage, calculation of costs and additional damages.

Digitization

The scanned data and the final report is stored in the database for the future reference which makes the process transparent.

Cloud

The module stores the report and scanned data in a secure cloud storage where it is easily accessible.

Easy to operate

User-friendly GUI. VIA application for scan presentation.

Custom software

Our software is compatible with enterprise information systems.
